A: All items are shipped via Canada Post. Items are encased in a customized Woven Stone Co. muslin bag, enclosed in a 4” x 8” Bubble-Lined Mailer. Customers can choose whether they would like tracking on their order or not.
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Orders will be fulfilled within 2-4 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the approximate delivery times for each location are as follows:
Canada: Allow 4-10 business days
USA: Allow 5-14 business days
International: Allow up to 3 weeks.
Seller is not responsible for the work of customs. The delivery of your purchase depends on how quickly customs process the package.

A: You will only be issued a refund on the shipping fee if your item is returned due to a product default. If you are exchanging an item with the first 15 days, you will be required to pay for the shipping to and from the seller.
